MeUndies Membership

What is MeUndies?

MeUndies is a designer, manufacturer and online retailer of top quality basic apparel for men and women. We are creating a lifestyle brand that delivers convenience, great customer service and amazing products at affordable price points. We sell the most comfortable underwear for men and women, and deliver it right to your door. Our goal is to create a company that delivers comfort, convenience and affordability. We believe that there should be an easier, less expensive way to buy essential basic apparel.

How do subscriptions work?

MeUndies has a convenient monthly replenishment service for select underwear, socks and shirts. We typically provide discounts to members (usually 20% off), and promise to ship your next pair on the sixth day of each month, which includes free shipping*. Members can cancel at anytime.

What if I'm afraid of commitment?

We know it can be daunting at first but the membership is entirely risk free - you don't love the product? No worries! Keep it and we'll refund you. Try one pair at first and then we'll hold your hand the rest of the way.

How often will I receive my items?

This is entirely up to you! If you have the Membership box checked, you can adjust the frequency of shipments using the little drop down menu.

Can I skip this month's shipment?

We understand that not everyone wants something every month, so if you'd like to skip a month, simply sign in to your account by the fifth day of the month, click the 'Skip' button, and you will not be charged for that month. The 'Skip' button is only available during the first five days of each month. Of course, you are always welcome to purchase an item after you have opted to skip the month.

How do I cancel my MeUndies membership?

We know that things happen and for whatever reason you need to cancel a subscription, please visit your account page or feel free to reach out to us at your earliest convenience either through email or phone.

What happens if I cancel my membership after only receiving my first pair?

We offer our membership to those loyal customers that love to receive their favorite item on a monthly basis. Unfortunately if you wish to cancel your membership after only receiving one pair, we will have to change your original purchase to the one-off pricing of that item.

Shipping & Returns

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is FREE to the United States and Canada and only a few bucks more for International orders. It all depends on weight and where it’s shipping too!

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically packed and shipped same day or next day from the western US, and take anywhere from 1 - 4 days to arrive across the continental US.

What if I don't love the underwear I got?

We offer a 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. Try a pair of our underwear and if you don’t like them we'll give you a full refund. You don’t even need to send it back. That’s how confident we are that you will love our product. Refunds are limited to one item for first time customers.

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We do not accept personal checks or money orders.

Sizes & Products

What is the 'Color of the Month'?

Each month, we introduce a LIMITED EDITION, limited run print or color for some of our subscribable items. 'Color of the Month' prints are typically reserved first for our subscribers, and then released sitewide. You can subscribed for the 'Color of the Month', and will automatically receive each month's limited color.

What if I need a bigger / smaller size?

We'd love to help find that perfect pair - just shoot us a call or email and we'll make sure you are a happy customer!
