How should I care for my MeUndies?
Machine wash on COLD and DELICATE and tumble dry with low heat. Please do not iron, bleach or dry clean.
MeUndies Pro-Tip: For best performance, please hand wash cold and lay flat to dry! This will help to protect the color fastness of the garment as well as the construction of the elastane fiber in the waistband.
When in doubt, follow the care & content label on the garment. Take care of your MeUndies and your MeUndies will take care of you!
What are my MeUndies made of?
All underwear and pajamas styles are knit from Lenzing Modal®, an all-natural, breathable, and exceptionally ecological fabric extruded from naturally rejuvenating Beechwood trees found in the Austrian Alps. The cellulosic properties of Lenzing Modal® fiber naturally inhibit odor-causing bacterial growth, keeping you smelling fresh. This smooth and supple wood fiber gives the fabric a luxurious soft, warm, and cozy feel.
How are my MeUndies made?
From fiber to fabric to garment, MeUndies are eco-friendly!
Lenzing Modal® fiber is extruded from the deep-rooting, “Mother of the Forest,” Beechwood tree. Beechwood trees are extremely resistant and multiply in a very unique way by rejuvenation. The trees actually propagate by themselves, with no artificial irrigations or planting required. Rest assured, our Austrian Beechwood tree forests apply prevailing forestry legislation and are a completely natural and sustainable raw material.
Edelweiss technology ensures the thermal use of wood components is CO2 neutral and energy self-sufficient. Because the wood fiber is produced in a fully integrated facility in Austria, up to 95% of the Lenzing Modal® production materials are recovered, and energy is conserved.
All underwear and the Lounge Pants are manufactured in a GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certified textile manufacturer in Turkey.

What if I sent a gift card to my friend and they didn’t receive it?
Please make sure your friend has checked all folders in their email inbox. For example, if your friend is a Gmail account holder, our email alerting them of their gift card may end up in their "Promotions" inbox tab. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a USPS tracking number to track your package from our warehouse directly to your door.
Where do you ship?
We ship all orders from our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA to everywhere in the world including PO Boxes and all military locations via their APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.
How much does shipping cost?
We provide free shipping on all U.S. and Canadian orders. All other international orders have a flat rate of $12 per order.
Depending on the shipping location, your order may be subject to import taxes and other fees charged by the local customs authority and/or our preferred carrier.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
- Domestic orders are shipped via FedEx and arrive within 3-7 business days.
- Canadian orders are shipped via USPS and arrive within 1-3 weeks.
- All other international orders are shipped via USPS and arrive within 2-4 weeks.
- Orders typically take 1-2 business days to be processed before shipping.
- For subscription orders and during holidays, orders take 1-3 business days to be processed before shipping.

Please note: If you’d like to change or cancel your subscription plan, please make any updates by the 5th of the month. For example, if you'd like to update your subscription order that is scheduled to be processed on October 6th, please make any necessary changes by October 5th.
